Caleb Morgan

Call Northlight Builders and you'll get Caleb. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, he stays available and involved.
Over 20 years in, the work still comes down to the same thing for Caleb: building something that lasts, with people he's gotten to know.
Caleb lives in Roseville with his wife and four kids. When he is not working you can find him spending time with his family, hiking, and playing pickleball. He's also a beekeeper, and drops off honey to past clients every summer.
Jesús Aragon
Owner / Project Manager
On the jobsite, Jesús keeps the field work moving — coordinating the crew, communicating with homeowners in English and Spanish, and keeping the project tight from morning start to evening cleanup. The yard is not left a mess overnight.
He has been in building and remodeling for 25 years, and he understands the work from every angle: framing, exteriors, finish, and the order things have to happen in.
Family is the center for Jesús: Sunday church with his wife, time with his granddaughter, and organizing bikes, soccer balls, and clothes to send back to kids in Mexico.
